I’m Maria and I am so happy you stopped by! As a wife, mom, and book admirer, I never seem to have enough shelf space for books, books, and of course more books. With three little ones I do not get much time for personal reading, but I do read tons of children’s literature. We read (and re-read) hundreds of picture books as well as long and short chapter books. Over the years, I have observed how much my children learn through our reading. Picture books are incredible and at times overlooked teaching tools. Through this blog I intend to share the observations and discoveries I have made. I invite you to read and learn with us.
